He made no effort to clarify the scope of work and NEVER provided me with the “written” copy and I made it very clear I was deeply unhappy and only paid with a credit card to avoid having a lien put against my house. I even stated that number out loud to the owner and commented that if he was sure he could do it for that low we could go ahead. I was extremely misled by this company who did not provide the service at the cost they communicated.
